As Moderator your duty will be to be actively on the
server and reaching 10 hour of OD (on duty) time every 2
weeks.
Moderator is a stepping stone/trial rank to see if you are
ready for Admin.
Your commands as a Moderator are fairly basic and will be
the bare minimum you’ll need to effectively deal with
reports on the server.
As Administrator your duty will be to ensure you are
actively on the server, and reaching 10 hour of OD time
every 2 weeks.
After a week as Admin you can apply to the Event Team
where you’ll actively help create, run and moderate
in-game events.
After serving for a month as Admin, you can apply to
become a mentor where you will help train new staff and
help introduce the staff to their new role.

assist Moderators with their ban requests.
As Administrator your duty will be to ensure you are
actively on the server, and reaching 10 hour of OD time
every 2 weeks.
As Administrator+, you’ll continue to do your duties as an
Admin, but there is a lot less room for mistakes as you
will be a role model, not just for the staff team, but for
the server too.
As Administrator+ you will be assigned a role and you’re
expected to actively keep up with your duties and find
cover when you cannot.
The Administrator+ roles are Event Manager, Organisational
Manager, Head of Inactivity, Head Mentor, Head of OD
Times.
Your commands as Administrator+ hold a lot of power and
you will be trusted to use them only when necessary. Your
new commands are more complex than those of an
Administrator, for example, !perma and !unban.
As you are a trusted member of our staff team, you will
have priority in applying for the Quality Assurance (QA)
Team, where your role will be to find and test bugs.
Super Admin is the second highest rank behind owner.
Due to the gain in managerial responsibilities you are not
required to hit an OD time, however you are expected to be
active on the server and available to help the staff team
at any moment.
An aspect of reaching Super Admin is gaining web
permissions often referred to as ‘AdminCP’ these allow
Super Admins the responsibility to deal with bug reports,
and staff complaints + lots more.
Similar to Administrator+, Super Admin also have
particular roles, although most of them are not set in
stone, and are free for the Super Admins to share between
themselves. These roles/duties range from dealing with bug
reports to dealing with in-game drama.
Once achieving Super Admin, you will receive an invitation
to the QA+ team. This team works closer with the developer
to develp new ideas for the server and to oversee the rest
of the QA team (whilst also maintaining your regular QA
duties).
Your commands as Super Admin are predominately managerial
and are used to manage the staff team and the server as a
whole.
