You may agree to a donation of the amount of your own discretion. This donation is neither a requirement or a necessary payment to use the "Infamous Gaming" Service. All payments will be regarded as donations towards the community that has no goal of turning a profit and will be made through PayPal.

"Infamous Gaming" members must note that all donations are final and under PayPal’s own Terms of Service are Non-Refundable. We reserve the right to change our donation levels and may do so at any time.

You authorize us to make any reasonably necessary inquiries to validate your account and financial information. All donations are in GPB (Great Britain Pound) and do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including, for example, value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes, accessible by any jurisdiction (collectively, “Taxes”).

It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, Taxes apply to the payments you make or receive, and it is solely your responsibility to assess, collect, report and remit the correct taxes to the appropriate authority. Members must also note that donations DO NOT exempt your account from termination of any breaches of the above-mentioned terms / server rules.

Please do note that attempting to chargeback a donation will result in the immediate termination from any of the above-mentioned services.
